Policies

 

• We are not responsible for misprints if the order was submitted incorrectly, or the tag proof isn't corrected.
• Pay in full at order time to ensure shipping date.
• Quantity reduction within three weeks of ship date will be charged a change order fee and printing costs if applicable.
• Order cancellations three weeks or more of ship date will forfeit a 25% fee.  Cancellation within three weeks of ship date will not be refunded.
• Please be aware that there are times when a little care is required when dealing with a living, growing product. We do our best to clean up the trees but you may see some brown needles.
• Please have your tag information planned prior to submitting your order, excessive changes may cause shipping delays and incur additional fees.
• Allow 3 weeks for processing, and up to a week for transit time.  Additional time is required during the spring months of March, April and May.
• Keep in mind that custom printing is an added service.  If your customization requires intricate details, you may want to have a local print shop design your tags.
• Pricing is based on conifers, occasionally we will have hardwoods available for an additional charge.

 

Packing/Shipping Policy

 

• Upon receipt of the order we will schedule delivery of your trees to arrive within 2-3 days prior to your event to ensure freshness of the seedlings.
• Additional transit days may be needed during the winter and spring seasons when Fed Ex is moving larger volumes.
• Shipping in the summer months may require express shipping to limit transit during high temperatures.

Our most economical choice.  These tree seedlings are placed in clear plastic bags, either a half bag that covers just the root plug and taped shut, or full bag that contains the entire tree.  The full bag is not sealed shut, but gives you the option to staple your own custom printed tag.

Bag and Tag

 

 

This packaging option comes with a personalized tag that folds over the top of the bag and is stapled on. Your design or logo is printed on one side, planting/holding instructions and species on the other side.  With 3.0"x3.75" of customizable space on the front, there is a lot of impact possible from your custom design. Bag and Tag trees come fully assembled and ready for your application and are perfect as wedding favors, party favors, advertising products, thank you gifts and memorials.Your choice of white or ivory cardstock.  No bleeds.

Short Term Holding Instructions: The seedling may be held in the plastic bag in a refrigerator. Double bagging is suggested to hold in moisture. 

 

Planting Instructions: Prepare a hole slightly larger than the root ball.  Center the root plug, fill the hole with soil and pack firmly.  Soak with water. Water regularly when not enough rain.
