General Information

• Orders can be placed over the phone or through our online contact form. 
• Pricing is based on the quantity of seedlings per species and container size.  Tree quantities are not combined.
• Plugs and transplants are extracted from the containers and sold in bundle increments. Quantities are listed at the top of the trees pages and availability page.
• We give no warranty, expressed or implied as to life, description, quality, productiveness, or any other matter regarding any nursery stock that we sell. It is mutually agreed that our total liability for any error, should stock prove untrue to name as labeled, shall be limited upon satisfactory proof, to our replacing free or refunding the purchase price.
• Orders are subject to crop conditions. Itasca Greenhouse is not responsible for crop losses due to fire, hail, frost, drought and inventory error, or any other conditions beyond our control. Unless specified, Itasca Greenhouse will make a container size substitution if needed.
• Please inspect the order upon arrival, and communicate any concerns within 10 days from the receipt of shipment.
• EMAIL IS OUR MAIN FORM OF CONTACT, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE YOUR SETTING TO RECEIVE FROM US, AND CHECK SPAM REGULARLY. 

Payment Terms

• The minimum order is $250.00 (tree total only). 

• Once the stock is confirmed, orders less than $500 require tree payment in full; no refunds will be given unless we are short stock.  Orders over $500 require a 25% non-refundable deposit at the time of order.  Product will not be reserved until payment is received.

• Cancelled orders will forfeit the non-refundable payments.
• Final invoices will be emailed 4-6 weeks prior to the scheduled ship and pick up weeks. If payment isn't received by the due date, your order may experience delays.
• Credit cards are accepted over the phone and check payments by mail.
• For customers who qualify for credit, terms are net 30 days from shipping. Past due accounts will be charged 1.5% interest per month.

Submitting payment is agreeing to these terms.

Shipping Information

• Fall 2024 shipping will start August 26.
• Spring 2025 shipping will start March 3 and finish May 19.
• We will make every attempt to ship your order during your requested shipping week; however, occasionally there are delays.
• Fed Ex Ground is our carrier, we can ship by LTL upon request.
• Fed Ex charges will be calculated on the spring balance invoice; LTL charges will be determined closer to the ship date due to fluctuating rates.

Pick up Information

• Pick up days and times will be determined closer to the planting seasons.
• If you are unable to pick up within these scheduled days and times, your order will be shipped by Fed Ex Ground at current rates. Balance will be due prior to shipping.  
• Please ensure that you have the appropriate space and tarps/ropes to secure and protect your load.
